Manage revenue recovery engagements and contract budgets for the State of Kentucky. Work with corporate operations staff to ensure that key client deliverables & revenue targets are met. Introduce, negotiate, and implement new projects to expand the scope of engagements. Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring client satisfaction with HMS performance. Coordinate and direct all aspects of the local office to be established in Frankfort, KY, including the development and management of case management team. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience as well as strong communications and project management skills. BS/BA degree is required; advanced degree is strongly preferred. Ability to work with Excel, perform basic budgeting, financial analysis, and quality assurance essential.  Prior healthcare industry experience is a must, preferably in Medicare/Medicaid. Prefer previous work with healthcare consulting firm a plus.  Prior  management experience required.
