Manage daily estate recovery operations and staff of estate recovery representatives. Meet or exceed financial targets for estate recovery contract and monitor for contract compliance. Serve as primary point of contact for the client. Ensure adequate staff coverage to appropriately handle all inbound calls and assign outbound calls. Create monthly payment and reconciliation reports, identify payment types received in the lockbox, and perform quality control checks. Work with Program Director, Operations Manager and Director of Subrogation to forecast financial performance including recovery and expense projections and assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements. Hire and train staff and develop succession plans.
This position requires prior supervisory/team lead/training experience. Some college is required; a BS/BA degree is strongly preferred. Demonstrated PC proficiency and strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel is required. Excellent customer service, communication (oral and written) and prioritization/organizational skills are a must.
