Emerging Leaders Program: An Entry-Level, New-Hire Leadership Development Rotation Program '
What Is the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP)?
ELP is a new rotational program developed by HMS, the nation’s leader in coordination of benefits and program integrity services for healthcare programs. ELP provides recent college graduates with an entry-level opportunity to learn all aspects of HMS’s growing business, and help them develop into future leaders of the company. Candidates must be willing to relocate to company offices in Irving, Texas, New York City, and other locations as needed. Final placement will be dependent upon the internal recruiting and selection process at the time of program completion.
How Can ELP Benefit YOU?
Through ELP, HMS is making an investment in developing future leaders. For you, this would mean:
- A full-time position with benefits
- Position rotation within the organization that would serve as a catalyst for career growth
- A rotation to Irving, Texas, to work in our Operations area, followed by a rotation working in Client Services (assisting Government clients and Commercial clients, working from New York City and another office as needed)
- The opportunity to: gain familiarity with new business areas; develop knowledge/ skills/ experience; complete projects; and be accountable for results.
- Additional project-based exposure to corporate functions, such as Finance, HR, Marketing, and IT.
